We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases made through the ShareSlot Platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

2. Payment Processing

All purchases on ShareSlot are processed securely through our payment provider, Ziina. Ziina handles card and wallet payments on our behalf, while ShareSlot remains responsible for managing your order, subscription, and any refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Open the My subscriptions section in your ShareSlot dashboard and use the Cancel action on the relevant order, or
Contact our support team at support@shareslot.me and we will process your refund request directly.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Ziina. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

4. Host Cancellations

If a Host cancels a Listing after a Member has paid, the Member is entitled to a full refund of the Transaction amount.

5. Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund process, or material breach of our Terms and Conditions.
