- Payment-related identifiers: customer and transaction IDs returned by our payment provider (Ziina). Full card details are handled directly by Ziina and never stored by shareslot.

4. Sharing Your Data

- Ziina — our payment processor. Ziina securely handles card and wallet payments on our behalf, including authorisation, capture, refunds, and chargeback handling, under its own terms and privacy policy (https://ziina.com/legal/privacy-policy).
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and customer support tooling, all bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Hosts and Members — limited profile and contact information necessary to fulfil a Listing you participate in.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit advisers where reasonably required.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose data, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (including Ziina) may process data outside the UAE, including in the EEA, the UK, and other jurisdictions. Where data is transferred outside your country of residence, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and to meet our legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Transaction and invoicing records are typically retained for the period required by applicable tax law.
